Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TaskinHub (the "Platform" or "we"). By accessing the site or any of its services, or by creating an account as a renter or owner ("User" or "you"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services and close any account you have created.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Services" means the website and all functionality provided by the Platform for listing, browsing, and facilitating contact between Users regarding housing.
• "Owner" means a User who registers an account as a property owner or authorized representative, for the purpose of publishing Listings.
• "Renter" means a User who registers an account for the purpose of searching for housing and contacting Owners.
• "Listing" means any content an Owner publishes on the Platform describing a property offered for rent, including images, pricing, and related data.
• "Unlock Fee" means the amount a Renter pays to the Platform to receive an Owner's contact details, following administrative review of the request.

• You must be at least 18 years old and possess full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration. Two-step verification (email and WhatsApp) is mandatory before any account is activated.
• An Owner account remains pending administrative review until approved, and each property Listing is reviewed separately.
• We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any account containing inaccurate or misleading information, without prior notice.

TaskinHub's role is limited to providing the technical infrastructure that allows Owners to publish Listings and Renters to browse them and contact their Owners, following procedural administrative review of each Listing and contact request. TaskinHub does not own any property advertised on the Platform and is not a party to any lease or agreement formed between an Owner and a Renter.

Administrative review of a Listing or ownership document is a procedural check only. It does not constitute a legal or structural guarantee, nor verification that the property is accurately described, lawfully owned, or fit for habitation. Any lease arising from use of the Services is formed directly between the Owner and the Renter, at their sole and exclusive risk.

Accordingly, the Platform assumes no responsibility for the quality, legality, availability of utilities, pricing accuracy, delay, cancellation, or any financial or legal dealing occurring outside the technical Services it provides — as further detailed in Section 11 (Disclaimer of Warranties) and Section 12 (Limitation of Liability) below.

By registering as an Owner, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:

• You are the lawful owner of the advertised property, or are duly authorized by its owner, and that the ownership document you submit is genuine and accurate.
• Each Listing description is honest and accurate, and that attached photos are recent and reflect the property's actual condition.
• You bear sole responsibility for all legal, tax, and contractual consequences of renting the property, and for any dispute arising with a Renter.
• You will not embed direct contact details within a Listing's text with intent to circumvent the Unlock Fee.

By registering as a Renter, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will inspect the property in person and verify it matches the Listing before entering into any agreement or payment with the Owner.
• The Unlock Fee is paid solely for disclosure of the Owner's contact information. It does not constitute a reservation of the property or a guarantee that a lease will be concluded.
• Assessing the property's suitability, and negotiating and finalizing terms with the Owner, is your sole and exclusive responsibility.

• Every Listing begins in a "pending" status and is published only after administrative approval.
• We reserve the right to reject any Listing at our discretion, with the reason for rejection made available to the Owner where practicable.
• The ownership document is stored privately and is never made publicly visible to any other User under any circumstance.
• We reserve the right to remove any already-published Listing that is later found to violate these Terms or applicable law.

• The current Unlock Fee is EGP 1,000 per request, subject to change with prior notice on the Platform.
• Payment is made off-platform via direct transfer, with the User sharing a transfer receipt for administrative review. The Platform does not store any payment card data.
• Fees are non-refundable once contact details have been disclosed, except where a clear administrative error by the Platform is established.
• Rent, security deposits, and any other property-related amounts are agreed directly between the Owner and the Renter, outside the scope of the Platform.

You shall not, without limitation, engage in any of the following while using the Services:

• Impersonating another person or entity, submitting forged information or documents, or harassing or discriminating against other Users.
• Posting content that is unlawful or contrary to public order or morals.
• Attempting to breach the Platform's security, mass-scraping its data, or flooding it with automated requests.
• Embedding direct contact information within a Listing or message with intent to circumvent the Unlock Fee.

Violation of any of the foregoing entitles the Platform to immediately suspend or terminate your account, without prejudice to any other right available to us under these Terms or applicable law.

The Platform's design, logo, interface, and underlying software remain the exclusive property of TaskinHub and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent. By publishing content (text, images, video) on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and operate that content within the Services, while you retain its underlying intellectual property rights.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE PLATFORM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, NOR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY LISTING OR USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TASKINHUB, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, OR ANY TRANSACTION OR DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND ANOTHER USER, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In all cases, the Platform's aggregate liability to you, however arising, shall not exceed the total fees you actually paid to the Platform in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TaskinHub, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any third party's rights, or any dispute between you and another User.

The Platform may, at its sole discretion, suspend or delete any account or Listing that violates these Terms without prior notice, and may bar the person involved from re-registering. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions relating to limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination of your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, following a genuine good-faith attempt by the parties to resolve the matter amicably through the Platform's published contact channels.

• These Terms create no agency, partnership, employment, or joint-venture relationship between you and the Platform.
• If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• The Platform's failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.
• We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after posting constitutes acceptance of the changes.
