• Content: Listing titles/descriptions, images, optional video, private ownership doc, payment receipts.
• Limited technical: Basic security logs, IP and device type to prevent abuse.

• Run the platform: account, verification (email + WhatsApp), review, contact facilitation.
• Security: fraud & duplicate detection and rate limits.
• Communication: verification codes and status updates only. No marketing without consent.

• Stored in secure infrastructure with restricted access — no direct browser access.
• Listing images are viewable; ownership docs & receipts stay private and only exposed via temporary links to admins.
• Retained while active then minimized per law. Deletion on request.

• We never sell your data.
• Only share with essential service providers (secure hosting, verification messaging, content delivery) and only as needed.
• Disclosed if required by law or to protect rights/safety.
• Owner phone is revealed only after admin approval of your paid request.

We use encrypted transport (HTTPS), password protection, secure session tokens and temporary links for sensitive docs. No system is 100% secure — keep your password private.

• Access/correct via dashboard or support.
• Request deletion (with limited legal retention).
• Object to processing or withdraw consent where applicable.
